Parallon is now seeking an Insurance Support Specialist to work in our call center and to join our team of motivated individuals working to resolve patient accounts on behalf of our hospitals.

Education requirements
• High school or GED required.
Experience requirements
• Must have a steady work history with excellent tenures and attendance patterns.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
• Support Customer Service Representatives with patient account research and records coordination.
• Retrieve and provide information for Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) for Customer Service Representatives to respond to inquiries.
• Assist in sorting, counting, dating and researching various pieces of information.
